The actual Arrangement of Flowers or products may vary with regard to the availability of Flowers or products. However, we try our best to deliver better product than that displayed on the website.
If the ordered flowers/sweets/chocolates are not available in Delhi then we will deliver flowers/sweets/chocolates of equal or greater value and quantity.
Bakeries prepare fresh baked cakes by 10:30 am. Thus, it will be possible for us to deliver Cakes only after that time. Under certain circumstances, if customer requests us to refrigerate the Cake prior day for deliver the following morning, we can do so but do not advise for the same.
The delivery schedule may vary from same day delivery to delivery within next 1 to 3 business days, excluding holidays depending upon the delivery location. Holidays may extend it further.
We can guarantee delivery on date but we cannot guarantee delivery on any specific time. We try our best to match delivery schedule with your preferred time but cannot assure you of exact timing. Generally, we process the orders overlooking the time specified by the customers.
For any cases that are beyond our control like flood/heavy rainfall/ strike/bandh etc, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery to an earlier or later date.
If delivery date is not mentioned in the order, in such case we shall deliver the order within 24 hours.
If customer / recipient wants to lodge a complaint against the quality of the product delivered or wrongly delivered, then he/she is requested to do so within 48 hours providing an image of the delivered product. Based upon the complaint raised, the refund or re-delivery will be made but the entire decision will be handled by the proprietor of the website.
If a customer wants to cancel the order that is already placed, he/shed needs to do it at least 24 hours before the shipment or the date of delivery. 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted for the purpose of processing credit card. For any other modification, the customer needs to inform us 1 day prior to the date of delivery between 8am to 8pm.
We always take an appointment before executing delivery but if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and if the products to be delivered are perishable items. In such cases, the delivery will be considered done.
We cannot guarantee the exact date and time of delivery of the Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags and Watches etc. that are generally dispatched through courier service. Some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, and Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and are dispatched from our end well in time. We shall be responsible for delay in dispatch from our warehouse but we will not be responsible for delay at the logistic partners end.
Orders, including Midnight orders placed after 4p.m IST will be considered the order for the next day. Though, we try our best to deliver on the same day. A phone call from the recipient or the customer end after such urgent delivery will be highly appreciated.
Deliveries within the city limits will be provided for FREE. Perishable products that need to be delivered out of city limits or to the villages may attract extra charges. For such cases, we do not keep the delivery on hold but we deliver it on time and send you a link for the payment of extra charges.
The cost of the products subjected to MRP restrictions are sold on our website after incorporating the charges for our service, delivery and online transaction which are not shown separately due to technical restrictions. We hope it to be understood.
Right of Refusal: - DelhiOnlineFlorists.com holds the authority to refuse the delivery of any order without any prior information to the customers, but the entire amount will refunded on such cases.

All claims are subjected to the authority of local court of Kolkata in India.
In case a served(processed/delivered) order against which we have not received the money, due to any reason what so ever it is, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate the sum due. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due. Octroi charges, if any, will be paid by the consignee as it might be applicable in the state of the recipient.
For any international order, the customer has to bear the duties or taxes levied by the custom department of the recipient’s country. We shall not be held responsible for such cases.
No refund will be given if the customer makes mistakes while placing order like incomplete address, wrong information or if the recipient is out of reach.
POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery for deliveries made at Hostel, Hotel and Hospital addresses. We always try to get the sign of the mentioned recipient but at these places, due to certain unavoidable and uncontrollable reasons, we cannot guarantee it. If the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations we try to get in touch with the recipient. For any reason if the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.
Delivery of Rakhi will be done as early as possible before the mentioned date by the customer.
We are dispatching all consignments as per your orders & we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.
